Out-of-State Academic Scholarship

OPEN DECEMBER 1, 2024 FOR 2025 SPRING SEMESTER

Scholarship for students who graduated from an out-of-state high school within the last four years (exceptions made for students who served in the military or went on religious missions). Students must have a Composite ACT score of 17 or higher (or SAT score of 920 or higher), and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher to be eligible. Students that have taken the SAT will be able to enter their SAT score on the general application instead of an ACT score. To apply, sign in, and complete the General Application.   • Honors: $4,560 Annual Award *must be FT to get built in enhancement (if less than 12 cr per semester would get prorated amount of $1680)
    • (Requires a minimum 3.5 high school GPA and ACT composite of 25 or 1200 SAT)
  • Performance: $3,520 Annual Award *must be FT to get built in enhancement (if less than 12 cr per semester would get prorated amount of $1260)
    • (Requires a minimum 3.0 high school GPA and ACT composite of 21 or 1060 SAT)
  • Opportunity: $1,680 Annual Award
    • (Require a minimum 2.5 high school GPA and ACT composite of 19 or 980 SAT)
  • Provisional: $1,680 Annual Award
    • (Require a minimum 2.5 high school GPA and ACT composite of 17 or 920 SAT)

Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) must be completed to provide calculation of cost of attendance (COA) and student must be registered for Spring 2025 semester (registration opens November 6, 2024) to be considered for this scholarship.

MAINTAINING AWARD: For continuation up to a maximum of four semesters, students must at least be enrolled and complete at minimum of 6 credit hours per semester and complete 2/3 credits with a 2.50 Cumulative GPA for Honors and Performance, and a 2.25 Cumulative GPA for Opportunity/ Provisional.
