Clarence Sargent Scholarship Endowment for the Visual Arts

FALL 2025 – SPRING 2026

This endowment supports two exemplary students who are enrolled in a Visual Arts program at Western Wyoming Community College. Ask for a recommendation from one of our Art Faculty members to qualify. To submit a recommendation, the faculty member can contact the Financial Aid Process Assistant at ext. 1892 or financialaid@westernwyoming.edu. Please be sure to include the student’s full name, ID#, and how the student has demonstrated exemplary performance in the classroom.
It is the preference of the donor that the projects funded be considered in the following order:
Room and board (up to $2000)
Student supplies and materials (including supplies / materials for workshops)
Reference materials for Visuals Arts Dept
Student field trips to workshops or art galleries
Western Wyoming Community College gallery expenses

Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) must be completed to provide calculation of cost of attendance (COA) and student must be registered for Fall 2025 semester (registration opens April 9, 2025) to be considered for this scholarship.

Maintenance to keep this scholarship is a 2.0 cumulative GPA at the end of each term (semester).
