Nursing Scholarship

FALL 2025 – SPRING 2026

This opportunity is a departmental scholarship awarded to nursing students in their first year of the Nursing Program (to be used for their second year) for Fall 2025.

The application period is open from December 1st to March 31st for scholarships that will be awarded for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in NURS 1100 or NURS 1200 to be eligible to apply.
• Submit short essay addressing:
  – Why you feel you should be a recipient of this scholarship?
  – What are your educational and future career goals?

Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) must be completed to provide calculation of cost of attendance (COA) and student must be registered for Fall 2025 semester (registration opens April 9, 2025) to be considered for this scholarship.

Maintenance to keep this scholarship is a 2.0 cumulative GPA at the end of each term (semester).
