Non-Traditional Student Scholarship

FALL 2025- SPRING 2026

This opportunity is available to students who are 25 or older and attending Western full-time (12 or more credit hours). Applicants must have completed 16 credit hours with a 3.0 cumulative GPA at Western or another institution. For continuation, students must complete 12 credits each semester with a 3.0 GPA. Students who receive a Hathaway or Out of State Academic Scholarship are not eligible for this scholarship. The application period is open from December 1st to July 1st for scholarships that will be awarded for the 2025-2026 academic year. Apply before April 1st to be considered as a priority applicant.

Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) must be completed to provide calculation of cost of attendance (COA) and student must be registered for Fall 2025 semester (registration opens April 9, 2025) to be considered for this scholarship.
