FALL 2025 – SPRING 2026

BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF WYOMING CARING FOUNDATION HEALTH PROFESSIONS SCHOLARSHIP

The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming Caring Foundation will provide a $1,000 scholarship annually ($500 per semester) to one student pursing a health-related career for the academic years 2025-2026. The BCBSWY Caring Foundation will rely on the college to award this scholarship to a worthy student based on the criteria and the college’s scholarship policies and procedures.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
– The student is enrolled in a health-related program
– The student has maintained satisfactory progress according to college policy
– The student has maintained a 2.5 cumulative grade point average
– The student is a Wyoming resident
– The student agrees to allow BCBSWY to acknowledge them as a scholarship recipient in a media release and on the BCBSWY website (please notify BCBSWY in writing if the student ops out).

The application period is open from December 1st to July 1st for scholarships that will be awarded for the 2025-2026 academic year. Apply before April 1st to be considered as a priority applicant.

A Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) must be completed to provide calculation of cost of attendance (COA) and student must be registered for Fall 2025 semester (registration opens April 9, 2025) to be considered for this scholarship.
